B’ Empowered A1, aspires to empower its clients to have heightened emotional intelligence (self-awareness) with a focus on Unconscious Bias. That is, getting in tune with themselves and becoming increasingly aware of their characteristics traits and qualities such as personal preferences, prejudices and inclinations. The benefit comes from utilising this knowledge with the aim to replace, realign, and, or, eradicate poor traits & qualities for more positive and non-biased ones. Or develop and maintain the good traits and qualities that they have. In so doing, becoming better communicators, leaders and people.
